#1: can i take a pic from my computer and put it on my camera/ memory card?

#2: is it possible to and if so how do i change the start up image on it?

1. yes you can, use a card readeropen it as a drive, open the file where you keep your photos and either drag and drop or copy and paste your photo onto your SD card.
