Cannondale F7 Disc mountain bike?

I have just purchased a cannondale f7 disc from my local bike shop in frame size medium. I am 5'8'' and have approximately 28'' inseam. Is this bike a good size for me.

Does it feel like a good size for you? Your measurements sound like a medium is probably fine (although different bike companies have different sizing guidelines).  The real test is up to you, if your comfortable and happy with the sizing, it's a good fit.  If you feel cramped or out of control on the bike, then send the bike back and get a different size.  Good Luck!

at 5'8", a medium would be appropriate most of the time.  Your bike shop should have helped you fit the bike though.  Everything from seat height, seat setback, stem length, stem angle, etc should have been taken into account.

If they didn't do that, take it back to the shop and tell them you need some help fitting this new bike you bought from them.
