Cannot access facebook account....

Question

I try to sign in under the email associated with my account but it gives me an error. Either the password is wrong or the email is wrong? I get email notifications sent to the email associated with my account but cannot access the account. When I try to recover the password by sending it to that e-mail, facebook tells me that the e-mail address is not associated with my account. Please help me!!! Thanks [e-mail]
