Cannot access my Yahoo Store Edit or Cat Mgr w/satellite conect. Cld before. Help appreciated?

I have been building a store since 1/07. All of a sudden Yahoo Tech tells me that Wildblue.net (hughes network) satellite provider is not a secure connection. Never had a problem before - any help in getting into this. Tech was absolutely no help what so ever. They really are pretty useless when it comes to problem solving. Thanks.

How did you contact Yahoo?  The phone techs have helped me just once.  The email guys are pretty good, in my experience.  Go here
