  1. its possible your not connected to the internet!

first make sure you line is activated and that all the correct lights are flashing on your wireless box, make sure that ur computer is actually wireless enabled you'll know by looking at the task bar and looking for a logo with a single window with three black and green waves coming out, make sure you've set it up correctly by installing the cd properly and entering the WEP key exactly

lastly, if none of that works you may have to contact your internet provider

  2. Maybe your anti-virus or firewalls are blocking you from browsing, try going in and reseting your connection..or unplug your router and modem and wait 5-20 seconds then plug back in, this should reset the connection.

If the problem still occurs right click on IE > go to properties > then deleted the browse history, the cookies, the temporary internet files, or you could just click "Delete all" and it will reset IE totally, but if you use firefox you will have to go into tools and go to "Clear private data"

Try browsing other pages if this doesn't work, if you do use IE and you can google something try downloading firefox

  3. are you definitely sure you are connected?

at the bottom right corner double click the wireless icon (which looks like one computer behind another)

    go through all the settings

make sure they are what they're supposed to be

    check the router manufacturers website
