Cannot acess any Youtube videos

Question

have been trying to acesss and save a "terrific illusion" video ...alll I seem to get is a screen with the title of the video and a blank white screen with 2 wide bars on left and right. I joined your program as I thought I was getting the above because I was not a member, But even then I got the same resul;ts.
