Cannot change TV listings time zone?

Question

When attempting to change the time zone from cdt to edt and press the change button it asks me for my password. After entering my password, it says the page connot be displayed. Tried this several times with same results. The TV listings selected always shows 1 hour behind. Changing TV provider functioned properly and displays proper time until I return to home page and it is one hour off.

Login to your Yahoo! ID Card at http://account.yahoo.com/

Scroll to 'Member Information' and select 'Edit'.

Scroll to 'General Preferences' and set your timezone.

Click 'Finished' to save the change and click 'Finished' again to exit.
