Question:

Cannot connect to wireless network?

Just got a sony vaio. Switched the wireless on and it finds my network but has a red cross next to it and says security settings dont match those of the network. my other laptop (XP) works fine. can anyone advise?

  1. Some times you have mac filtering enabled. Please login to your router and check the status of mac filtering.
