Cannot connect with Yahoo Groups?

We operate in Vista. Since last week, we have not been able to move from Yahoo mail to Yahoo (Adult) Groups. We get to the "I Accept/I don't accept" age test, click I accept and we get the same decision block over and over again. Could there some toggle switch set wrong in either Vista or Yahoo? What else might be blocking us from reaching our groups?

My first thought is to simply try another browser and see what happens. Firebox, opera, etc. Next step would be to check to see if any of your security settings have changed.  Another random check would be to sign up for another yahoo account and see what happens with that one.
