Sometimes your computer is missing an export or to old to hold new games. If you used a Debit or Credit card. E-mail them (the company u purchased the game from.)and tell them you cant get it to work. If they dont credit ur account then u can write a letter  and tell the bank what happened and they can get ur $ back.....
