Yep - I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago.  The Virus Protection from Norton had to be turned off for 5 minutes as the "saving" of the page will cause the program to freeze.  Just turn of your virus protection as you "Publish" and that should take care of it.  It fixed the problem for me.

What do you mean you downloaded SiteBuilder twice?  Did you uninstall it first, then uninstall Java Runtime, restart you computer, then download the builder?  When you redownload, Java Runtime is automatically reinstalled.  After you get back on your builder, click Tools, then run your memory all the way up to 512.

Sometimes just restarting your computer will help.

There is some kind of glitch with the SiteBuilder or something on our computers interfer with it.  I don't know, but it is a pain in the neck sometimes.
