Cannot get keychain to turn on when dissconnected...

Question

I have installed program transferred pictures on to my keychain and all pictures are on my keychain. The problem I have is when disconnected from my computer the keychain will not turn on I have tried everything. Even reinstalled and started from the beginning and I even tried reseting it on the back of the keychain. The keychain only works when hooked up to my computer. Please help.
