Hello.
I have the Actiontec WI424WR wireless router from Verizon. I can get online just fine when it is wired, but the wirless does not work. I went into the routers page, turned it on , but everytime I turn it on(via the routers page) it goes back to the off position. Even when I have it actually turned on, the switch on my Toshiba Satellite A135-S7404 (which runs windows vista basic-ew)
I contacted verizon and they tell me I would have to buy a new one , this I do not understand, it never worked , it's a faulty router. I have never used wireless, so I wanted to try it out.
Any other information you need, perhaps even screenshots of my setup, please let me know. Thank you for your time.
