  1. Obviously the whole nation is not being represented if FL & MI delegates won't be seated.


  2. No, Pennsylvania has an allotted number of delegates based on their population, just like all the other States. No State is more important than another, and the number of delegates that each has is proportional to the number of citizens within the State. The nomination is an accumulation of delegates from all the States. Thus the entire Nation is represented, not just the larger States.By the way, if there was a mandate for Sen. Clinton, we wouldn't be having this discussion, would we?
