Cannot install drivers and set up for my mp4 on my...

Question

I recently bought a NEO mp4 player (M'VOX MP - 01F) and to use it I need to install some programs and drivers. There is no instruction or directions on installing. I have a CD with 2 folders - AMV Transfer tool & Upgrade tool and Windows 98 Driver. I have no idea which folder to open or what to do with the thousands of icons and programs in the folders. Help?....
