Cannot install windows 2000

Question

hi, well this is the problem. i have a fujitsu siemens e serice lifebook laptop that has crashed. it has one usb port, and only has a floppy drive. i have the four boot floppys that i need for win 2000 and a usb cd-rom... my question is where do i go and what do i do after i run the 4 boot disks/ ????
