Cannot load Sylvania CD onto XP windows system

Question

AS I try to load this software.... it shows a compatibility error. As I go into details, it states that it cannot load because of INCOMPATIBILITY and directs me to windows download site. AS I download what I'd hoped to be the fix... it STILL shows compatibility error!Am running Win XP-PROAttempting to load SYLVANIA SMPK1021 MP3Player driver diskBob
