Hi, I have a platonics 510 wireless headset and am trying to pair it with my pc. I put it in discovery mode, open 'My Bluetooth Places', and when I click 'find bluetooth devices', it says there are no devices found. Can you help me with any information as to how I can pair the device? Thank you
I too face the same problem . My pc is not able to find the bluetooth headset device though its in discoverable mode . But my mobile is able to find it . Can u please provide some solution for this . Thanku...
