Cannot play pogo games. talked

cannot play pogo games. talked to many technicians, pogo problem, not my computer. when loading first class solitaire screen says cannot load images. aol,gateway says to contact you. pogo fixed on your end once and it played for only a few days. i have been fooling with this problem for two months. can you help or should i unsubscribe from pogo games?
