Cannot print. I can print everywhere else but not in Picasa. It says 99% printed but nothing

I can print everywhere else but not in Picasa. It says 99% printed but nothing happens. I have upgraded, etc. it's not my printer because it will print just not in Picasa. HELP PLEASE.Tried everything set out on the Picasa Help file but problem remains i.e. picture apparently spools to printer but the paper is ejected. Has anybody found a solution to this? I get no response from the Picasa Technical Help email ...........
