Cannot read old mails in my group?

Question

I have a complaint from one member in my group,

she cannot go back ( via "older" and "oldest" on messages, to past mails, 2 or 3 years ago , on the Messages page, why????

she has even given me access to her password etc, and I can go back, but shw insists she can't...

is there any reason for this? please let me know, I am moderator for the group and dont understand this

if you can do it on your own ID, and then go to her ID and can do it, then it's an issue on her end, maybe her browser, hard to say but it's nothing you can fix.
