Cannot receive or send picture text

I just received an unlocked Motorola Razor V3 from a friend who I guess got it from AT&T/Cingular.Everything works fine except for the fact that I can't send or receiveany pictures or videos or what not. I guess I need the multimedia (MMS)configurations from T-Mobile for my phone. Please help!
