Cannot sign in to Yahoo Music Jukebox Plus; unexpected error?

Question

When I try to access my Yahoo Music Jukebox Plus by entering my Username and password, I get the error message that an unexpected error has occurred while trying to log in and I need to try again later. Is there a problem with my program or Music Jukebox Plus. Everything was fine the other day.

I believe lots of people are getting that error message (me to) So I think it's a problem on yahoo's side.  I'm sure they know about it by now,

Same problem here.  I also liked the Musicmatch version way better.  Leave it up to yahoo to s***w up a great product.

I'm getting the same error so I guess it's a Yahoo Music problem. I also can't report the problem to Yahoo b/c I get an error message when I try to report the problem as well (maybe there are a lot of users trying to report the problem to them)? I hope they get the problem fixed soon! I was on vacation and haven't used my jukebox for almost a week and miss it so! I was looking forward to using it today and now it is down!

I'm getting the same error message today... I wonder if there is any help.  My Music Unlimited worked fine yesterday.  The only problems I've been having is that every time I would log in, it would say that I haven't logged in, in a while.  I log in everyday.  So I was always puzzled by that.

I am getting the same error.  I was so happy with Musicmatch Jukebox.  Yahoo's sucks in comparison.  Less features, poor sound quality, and frequent problems accessing music.  This is not what I paid for.
