Cannot understand in Big Boss one 'Recipe'?

Dear friends, what is Ketaki making in Big Boss called 'Doodhi', is it something that makes with rice, tell me its recipe if you know.

doodhi is also called kadhu... its a kind of vegetable... sorry i cant remember its enlish name... its whitish light greenish cylindrical( with a curve) thing pretty long... and could be made by slicing it and can be made into vegetable with tomatoo and ginger purree...

i think it is called gourd  

not bitter gourd thats karela....this dhoodhi is bigger than that and has whitish colour... but is of similar family of vegetables has some seeds in between..

it resembles cucumber except the out layer colour...... but dhoodhi is bigger...
