Cannot unsub from a Yahoo Group?

I subscribed to a Yahoo Group a while back, on individual email delivery. I discovered I was receiving way too many emails and it was clogging my Outlook, so I switched to Daily Digest and even changed the email address it was supposed to deliver to. Then I started getting emails both places. I got the individual emails to one email address and the Digests delivered to the new address on my profile. So I unsubscribed to see if that stopped them. Nope. I'm still getting the individual emails but the digests have stopped. When I try to unsub from the emails I get, it tells me I'm not subscribed. I'm stumped. I wanted to stay a member of the group, just without so many emails!

leaving a group via the unsubscibe e-mail is faulty, if that's the only way you can leave, you will need the help form

go to group home page and click edit membership top middle of page- bottom right click Leave Group- next page confirm and click Leave

go to this link http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups click edit my groups on the top left- locate group (if there's more than one) under the last column check the small box - click save changes
