Cannot use my email address

Question

a guest in my home signed onto e.b., of course using my e-m address.Now I cannot use e.b. as they will not accept my name with my mail address. Tried to make a girl understand this but she was hopeless. Can we delete the other name and have mine? the other persons has given me their user i.d. and the password so that I can hopefully correct this. Thanks
