Cannot view vidoes in JXD 661

Question

I bought a JXD 661 recently. the problem with it is i am not able to play video files in it. I can read TXT files listen to mp3 songs. the only problem as i said is i cannot view video files.when i connect the device using USB cable to computer it shows three files namely DSIC ,TXT and MP3. there no folder for videos.can some one pls tell me how to view vidoe files in JXD 661. even when i save the video files it says that "no files " in the video folder. someone pls help.
