Canon Camera Problem (Loading Pictures)?

Question

I have some pictures and about 6 videos on my camera that I wanted to load (ranging from 1 sec to 41 sec) and one 41 sec video did not load. I even loaded the pics and vids twice (not duplicates though) and the video still did not load. It is in my camera's memory card and I can watch it on my camera, however it will not load on to my computer. Any suggestions? -Thanks

Either use the card reader on your computer or buy a USB card reader and use it to transfer your images that way.   Most of us who have been using digital cameras for a few years, long ago took our cameras out of the loop.
