i want to know where can i get it and price at Malaysia.

28 mm on a crop body (Rebel series, 20/30/40/50D) isn't very wide.

Also, the lens is too slow (too small an aperture) for most indoor sports. Indoor sports need fast lenses, such as fast primes like the 85mm f/1.8 or 135mm f/2L.

375$ USD I don't know where you can get it in Malaysia, and i don't know the conversion rates.

This lens is considered wide-angle, although that's not nearly as wide angle as you can get. This would be an all around good lens.
