Canon EOS Rebel XTi question?

I've misplaced my instruction book and I need to know how to change the ISO setting and/or shutter speed. I am shooting high school football and need to change ISO to a faster speed to capture the action in focus.

  4. Canon.com has the digital manual that you can download...I had to download mine as well
