Canon Image CLASS MF6550 not printing

Hi... My Canon Image Class stopped printing. - no error code. The paper comes out if I try to print something or someone sends us a fax, but the page is blank. I know we are not out of ink. I have turned off, unplugged and removed the ink cartridge and put it back in... nothing is happening.
HELP please.
