Canon MV890?

Question

I have a canon mv890 mini dv video camera and i want a lead which will connect it to my PC, it doesnt have a slot for a 4pin usb cable it only has a round connection which says DC in 8.4V next to it, it did come with a connection which plugs into the red white and yellow connections on the TV can i connect through that cable? any ideas im really stuck!!?

No,  What you'll need is a 'Firewire' cable

You will probably need a 4-pin (small connector for camera) to 6-pin (larger connector to PC)  -  check first

The cable you refer to is the audio/video one for transferring the video to a video machine / DVD recorder or view on TV
