Canon Pc720 Copier Paper Jam

Question

We have a Canon Pc720 and it displays a paper jam, however there is no paper jam. I replaced the paper feed sensor for some reason and that didn't fix it. I was reading about a "paper path sensor". Can you tell me where it is located on the copier and where I can purcahse one please?
