Question

(Canon) Pixma MP150. I have cleaned my printer per the Canon MP150 Series Printer Printing Preferences on the Maintenance tab. I also chose the Nozzle Check and color ink printed beautifully. There's no problem there. I also printed the page 'about ink'. It prints the color box that I am to use to replace the color cartridge-in color, I might add. However, when I am printing a birthday card from by Hallmark Greetings Workshop, it will only print black. What is the problem, and how can I fix it?Sincerely,Judi S. [e-mail]
