Canon SD870 IS camera?

how come i cant get 1 good picture with this camera. I heard and read such good things about this camera and all i am doingis having problems with it indoors and outdoors. i have tried many settings and still nothing.

re-read the manual.

also, go into menu and press reset.

I have 4 canons and have no problems.

Change all your settings to automatic and see what happens... you might have it on manual and the settings may be all wonky.
