Canon XL1s compared with XL2?

ive been offered a Xl1s but im wondering if theres much difference between the 2 im hoping that the xl1s will be fine but if some one could give me an idea that will be great thanks

Well CANON XL1 is any day better as it can handle to shoot videos with minimum lighting conditions (2LUX as compared to XP2 which requires 5.5LUX).My uncle probably had CANON XL1 and he says that it is very uncomfortable to shoot moving sequences with CANON XL2 as compared  CANON XL1.But I would say that you should go for CANON XL1 as it even has Mini DV media AS XP2.Feature wise XL2 rocks but in context of ease of use  and low lightning conditions CANON XP1 is more COMFORTABLE than CANON XP2.I WOULD HENCE SAY THAT YOU SHOULD CERTAINLY GO FOR CANON XP1.
