Question:

Canon ZR-800 Mini DV Camcorder tape stuck

I bought a new Canon ZR-800 Mini DV Camcorder and the video cassette is stuck in the camera and won't eject. I suspect the tape is caught. How can I eject the tape without damaging the camera?
