My ZR40 won't eject the tape. After I put the tape in, I got a message saying remove the tape. I pushed the eject button, the cover opened, and the eject compartment slid out but wouldn't open so that I could remove the tape. I then get the "no tape" message. If I push on the "push" area of the cassette compartment, the compartment slides in, then slides back out. Any ideas?
