Canon np 6030. i get "E224 turn off and back on" message when turning on machine. I checked error

i get "E224 turn off and back on" message when turning on machine. I checked error codes and it says "blank shutter problem". I'm trying to fix this machine for a local christian outreach program which does not have a lot of money to spend on repairs so any help would really be appreciated
