Canon rebel xti bigger than xt?

The battery grip for the XT and the XTi are the same. The grip fits the body pretty nicely. So there wont be much variation there. The XSi isnt much bigger either.

One of the xxD series cameras will be physically bigger than a xxxD camera. You should be able to pick up a 30D pretty cheap, but the 40D is quite a bit better.

No it is about the same size. You can buy a battery grip for it though that will make it a good amount bigger.
