I don't understand what the letters on top of the tabs mean,what does H ,W,Q,S,E MEAN ?

Those are for the length of the notes.

W=whole note

Q=quarter note

H=half note

S=16th note or faster

E=quarter note

[----3----]  = triplets

PM = palm mute
