Canselled without prejudice?

Just have received tourist visa for the next 3 months from American embassy, i was asking for two months. But , my first American visa tipe (B1/B2) year 2000 and the second one tipe (I) year 2001/2002 are CANCELLED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. It is confuse for me, do not have any explanation about it.Can somebody tell me why is that?

Added: My first and the second time visit i finished it before the expiration date. Came in my country in time, because of working obligations.

My question is, why would somebody cansell my visas when it's 7 and 8 years old and expired?

What is the purpose of the canselling, when even a baby know it's not valid any more?

you've already asked this question before and the answer would still be the same. it's because it has expired already. it's not a big deal. they only did that so the next time you're going to enter the US, the border official will not be confused as to which visa is current.

yeah, a baby knows that it's not valid anymore but the print on the visa is tiny. to make it easier for the border official, they stamped the old expired ones with "cancelled without prejudice".

like i said, don't bother with it. it's not a big deal and it means nothing.
