Cant always sign in or

Question

Cant always sign in or access email even when i manage to sign. Sometimes no page at all though it says signed in and sometimes get http://www.hotmail.msn.com/cgi-bin/sbox?... which tell me This program cannot display webpage.Sometimes my msn gives me an Indian home page -(i am in the UK)I have similar problems on my laptop as well as the pc i am writing from now. I use windows xp IE7. When i use live messenger home page to sign in it also doesnt bring up my email. I would prefer to kep using msn rather than have all my emails in one place but might this be causig the problem?
