Cant change my avatar to my own picture?

what am I doing wrong?? I went to "edit my info" and clicked on "use my yahoo 360 picture" then uploaded my own pic and selected it to "all yahoo profiles" and it wont show on yahoo answers, just a blank pic?? the picture I uploaded only shows up when I click on my 360 profile, what the heck?

  2. Since all the updating of lately, Yahoo has a serious problem with Foto avatars. I also have a 360° page avatar, used it for ages and as of this morning - it's about 8 o'clock in Germany- it doesn't get displayed anymore. I also don't see any other foto avatars anymore...:-(
