Can't charge battery

Question

I misplaced the charger for my Truly and it won't charge off of ANY of the computers I've tried it on, that's three different laptops and two desktops, all with USB 2.0 ports. What the heck is going on here? I'd really like to avoid spending $30 or so for another USB charger.
