I followed the instructions, however, the desktop icon reads "No Photo viewer is found, program is termined! (yes temined not terminated..go figure). The instructions also say to run software entitled "Photoviewer.exe" I'm wondering if that may be another CD disc, that was not included in the packaging, as I only have the driver & utility Cd disc. Please advise if you can help me get this device to work properly. Thanks
