Cant download pics from phone to computer no...

Hi,

I recently took out my phone usb cable that i used to download pics from my phone to computer and installed my cable connected to my new mp3 player to download songs.
Anyway i tried to put back the cable for the phone as i have new pics to load on the computer and it's not working.....whats happened ???
