Can't erase a message--pls help

Question

HelloMy mom is a senior and lives in another state. She is trying to delete a message she accidentally saved on her machine. There's no delete button, only--- greetings, save, on/off, play and rewind. Can you please help with how she can delete the message?ThanksBrenda
