Cant extract a .rar file for my psp?

Question

ok, so i just downloaded gta vice city stories for my psp (full game) and when i right click on the .rar file, there is no option to extract the files. i can extract other things just fine, but not .rar files. what am i doing wrong? if possible, can i fix this without downloading anything?

You will need to download an extractor. I use winrar which was free, extract now was also free.

You need to download  winRAR  to open that file.

You must download an extracting program.

WIndows by default can not extract .rar files, since .rar files are encrypted a special way which is unknown to windows.
