  1. uh...im not sure what you mean. it is a ppv, so you have to order it ON DEMAND or whatever they call that c**p...

    1. Go to www.channelsurfing.net, they have 2 links for it

    2.Go to www.myp2p.eu and go to 'others', they have about a dozen or so links

    3.All else fails go to www.livefootydoc.org and it will lead you to links
